
Jan Craps
Executive Director, Co-Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jan Craps was appointed as an Executive Director on 8 May 2019 and the Chief Executive Officer of the Group on 9 May 2019, and Co-Chair of the Board on 19 February 2020. Mr. Craps was also been appointed as a Director and the Vice Chair of Guangzhou Zhujiang Brewery Group Co., Ltd since 21 July 2020. Mr. Craps is presently the CEO Asia Pacific Zone of AB InBev APAC, which covers the Company’s operations in Greater China, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, a role which he has held since January 2019.
Mr. Craps joined AB InBev in May 2002. Prior to joining AB InBev, Mr. Craps was a fellow with McKinsey & Company, Belgium. He acquired a range of international experiences in several senior marketing, sales and logistics executive positions in France and Belgium. In February 2011, he relocated to Canada where he was appointed the Regional Vice President of Quebec and then the Vice President of Sales of Canada for Labatt Breweries in October 2011. Mr. Craps became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Labatt Breweries of Canada in November 2014. In October 2016, he joined our Group as the Zone President of APAC South and was appointed CEO of Carlton & United Breweries based in Melbourne, Australia.
Mr. Craps obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Engineering from KU Brussels in Brussels, Belgium in July 1997 and a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven in Leuven, Belgium in July 2000. He has been a Board Member of the Melbourne Business School in Melbourne, Australia since September 2018, and he has been a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, China since March 2019.

Ignacio Lares
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ignacio Lares was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group on 1 March 2021.
Mr. Lares joined AB InBev in 2007 as a global management trainee and was subsequently appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Labatt Breweries of Canada from 2016 to 2018 and the Chief Financial Officer of the Middle Americas Zone at AB InBev from 2018 to 2019. Before his current role, Mr. Lares served as the Vice President, Technology and Analytics of the Middle Americas Zone at AB InBev.
Mr. Lares graduated from Queen’s University in Toronto with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and holds a Master of Engineering, Mechanical, and Industrial, from the University of Toronto.

YanJun Cheng (YJ)
Chief Supply and Logistics Officer

Mr. Yanjun Cheng joined AB InBev in June 1996 as a St. Louis Corporate Staff Brew Master. After that, he held several positions in certain Chinese subsidiaries of the Group from June 1997 to April 2005. In May 2005, Mr. Cheng was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Harbin Brewery Group Limited, and then, in April 2007, was appointed as the Chief Production and Technology Officer of Anheuser-Busch Co., China. From January 2009 to December 2016, Mr. Cheng acted as the Vice President of Supply and Logistics, responsible for BU China, BU East Asia, and BU Southeast Asia. From January 2017 to December 2018, he served as the Vice President of Supply and Logistics of APAC North.
Mr. Cheng has over 40 years of experience in the beer industry with a solid and
successful track record in both multinational companies in APAC and state-owned enterprises in China.
Mr. Cheng obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Qilu University of Technology (formerly known as Shandong Institute of Light Industry) in Jinan, China in July 1982, completed a Brewing Programme at the invitation of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Transport in Munich, Germany in October 1988, and an MBA Degree from the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai, China in April 2003. Mr. Cheng was qualified as a senior engineer in June 1994.

Craig Katerberg
Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer

Mr. Craig Katerberg is the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer of Budweiser APAC. He is responsible for various functions for the company, including external affairs, legal, compliance, government affairs, Sustainability, and communications.
Mr. Katerberg joined AB InBev in 2012 and has assumed various senior management roles in China, the United States, Europe, and Australia. Before his current role, Mr. Katerberg was the General Counsel for Anheuser-Busch. Craig was recognized by the Lawyers Alliance for New York with the 2021 Business Law & Leadership Award.
Mr. Katerberg previously served in the field of economic development for the City of New York and worked at law firms in Brazil, Peru, and the United States. Mr. Katerberg is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Northwestern University School of Law. He speaks English, Spanish, and some Portuguese.

Hongsun Qian (Linda)
Chief People Officer

Ms. Hongsun Qian is an experienced HR professional with 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods companies and eight years of experience in pharmaceutical companies. Ms. Qian joined the Group in March 2007 as a People Director of Supply and Management. From January 2009, she has successively held senior positions in People, focused on Target, Setting, and Cascading until December 2010. From January 2011 to December 2016, Ms. Qian served as the Vice President of People of the Group, covering BU China, BU South Korea, and BU Southeast Asia. From January 2017 to December 2018, Ms.Qian served as the Vice President of People of APAC North.
Ms. Qian received a Degree of Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University in Leicester, UK in November 2007. She is also a certified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development of the UK.

Jan Clysner
Vice President of Sustainability and Procurement

Mr. Jan Clysner has a wealth of experience in the beer industry for almost two decades. He joined AB InBev in 2002 and held several roles in Sourcing and Procurement until December 2007. In January 2008, Mr. Clysner was appointed as the Procurement Project Director. He successively took several roles in AB InBev, including the Procurement Director of Indirects of Western Europe, the Head of Procurement of Zone Western Europe, and the Vice President of Global Logistics Sourcing from January 2010 to December 2016. In January 2017, he became Vice President of Procurement and Sustainability of APAC. He orchestrated the strategies to achieve 2025 Sustainability Goals in the Asia Pacific, with a laser focus on talent cultivation and sustainability mindset intertwined in the day-to-day business.
Mr. Clysner obtained a Degree in Applied Economical Sciences from Hasselt University in Diepenbeek, Belgium in 1994.
