Santen Pharmaceutical Asia Pte. Ltd (‘Santen’) has engaged an Agency (NTT Cloud Communications, an entity of NTT Ltd., www.arkadin.com) to arrange and plan this VISION Summit Event (the ‘Event’). The Agency has been engaged by Santen to arrange and plan this Event. The Agency will be collecting, for and on behalf of Santen, certain personal data provided by you during the registration. Your data will be collected and used by Santen and the Agency in accordance with Santen’s Privacy Policy and the Agency’s Privacy Policy. Your data will be solely used to register your attendance and manage your participation at the online event. With your permission, Santen would also like to use your data for future communications and interactions with Santen, by electronic and other means, for medical education, product information and other promotional activities relevant to Ophthalmology.
Audio & Video Recordings:
Please note that the event will be audio/video recorded by Santen and subsequently used for future educational and/or promotional on the basis of Santen’s legitimate interests. Recordings will also be retained for as long as necessary for compliance/auditing purposes. Recordings will be disclosed with internal and external audiences on a limited need to know basis. Recordings shall include documents and materials exchanged or viewed during the live event; questions asked, and poll answers provided by you during the live event; the closed captioning transcript; and the chat box transcript. Participants details will not be visible to other participants or in the recording. You will also not be able to activate audio and video at your end, as the functionality has been disabled by the host. You will be able to submit anonymously questions via the chat box function; other participants and future viewers of the recording will see the closed captioning transcript, the chat box transcript, and any documents or materials exchanged or viewed during the online event. Please note that your participation to the event indicates your acknowledgement to be included in the recording of the event for the above purposes and the related processing of your personal data.
