Sumant Sinha is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of ReNew Power – one of India’s leading clean energy companies (Ticker: NASDAQ: RNW) with an aggregate portfolio of ~10 GW spread over more than 110 sites. Sumant is Co-Chair, Electricity Governor’s Group and member of the Stewardship Board on Shaping the Future of Energy at the World Economic Forum. He serves on the Board of Directors of the US India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and is a Member of the Board of Trustees, for The Climate Change Organization. He also chairs the India Advisory Group of The Climate Group. Sumant has been recognized as an SDG Pioneer by the United Nations Global Compact in 2021. Sumant has previously worked as an investment banker with Citicorp and ING Barings in the US & UK and as CFO of the Aditya Birla Group and COO at Suzlon. Sumant has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, a diploma in business management from IIM, Calcutta and a B. Tech from IIT, Delhi.

Muthukumaran is ReNew India’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2019. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for executing ReNew India’s inorganic and organic growth, working closely with business and functional leaders. Mr. Muthukumaran spearheads ReNew India’s finance, audit, tax, legal, risk compliance, mergers and acquisitions integration, business support and corporate governance operations.

Vaishali Nigam Sinha

Vaishali Nigam Sinha drives the company’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives and is also Founding Chair, ReNew Foundation, the company’s philanthropic arm. She has a strong track record in integrating corporate sustainability, ESG and responsible investing within business strategy. Through several leadership roles, Vaishali strategically advances causes such as climate action, sustainable development and equal participation of women in the economy. She is a President’s invitee to Columbia World Projects – a high-level forum at Columbia University created to tackle major global challenges and serves on the President’s Advisory Council at Wellesley College and the Columbia Global Centre’s Mumbai Advisory Board. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s South Asia Regional Action Group for post Covid recovery and a Board member of the UN Global Compact Network India (GCNI) and Chairperson of their Gender Committee; Chairperson of South Asian Women In Energy (SAWIE) – a body set up under USISPF to promote diversity and gender equity in energy sector.
